Returns Policy

Pyjama World is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of the order being placed. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return your item providing the original labels and tags are still intact on the item of clothing. 

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and extra care must be taken when trying on clothing. Please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

To return an item please email us at:

Your email should include your name, order number, date ordered, contact number and brief description of the item being returned. Once we receive and have processed your email, a member of our team will be in touch with instructions on where to send the item.

Once we receive the returned item and your refund has been processed, it can take the card provider up to 5 days to credit your account. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a longer number of days to credit your account.

When returning goods via the post, please ensure the item is suitably packaged in order for it not to get damaged in the post. Can you also ensure that a covering note is included in the package stating your name, address and order number.

Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. However if the item was delivered to you in error or if the item was damaged/defective then Pyjama World will cover the postage costs. 

Important: Please obtain a proof of postage and retain your proof until you have received your refund.
